You have not really asked any specific questions but I can give you some useful general tips.ġ) you are talking about doing something reasonably complicated, I suggest you get familiar with 3d CAD first on easier things before you get into aircraft.Ģ) when searching these forums and the Internet in general you have to remember that the yanks spell things differently, so for example you have to search both "aerofoil and airfoil" as well as "Aeroplane and airplane" etc. There is also work on bezier curves in a development branch. So it might be worth your while to upgrade to a more recent FreeCAD development version. There have been some updates recently in FreeCAD that specifically relate to the area you are talking about, for example the aerofoil cross section importer had an update just a few weeks back, and Loft and Sweep have had some improvements since FreeCAD0.13.
